Homebuyers 'await the unveiling of new flats for sale in
Hertfordshire'
A collection of new apartments will be unveiled in Hertfordshire
later this summer, it has been announced.
Earlier this week, property developer Taylor Wimpey announced that
its development of one and two-bedroom homes on Eleanor Cross Road
in Cheshunt will be up for sale in the next few weeks.
The properties are aimed at first-time buyers and people interested
in downsizing their homes.
Regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East London
Michael O'Leary said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for people
to own stunning brand new flats in Cheshunt."
The first apartments to open will be on Queens Court and will have
open-plan living/dining areas, fully-fitted kitchens and some will
come with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies.
Earlier this week, Taylor Wimpey announced its Easy Start property
initiative aimed at first-time buyers, which allows them to buy one
of its new properties in Colchester at a reduced rate and with a
small five per cent deposit.
